Event of a crime was reported to a police officer (Sergeant Tutu) at his station. He sees this as an opportunity to give his best service in resolving the reported case but his superior and crooked boss Inspector Sam sees the case as an opportunity to embezzle the proceedings from the case. This sets off a cascade of events between Sergeant Tutu and Inspector Sam.
